We believe that many can brew beer. But not many breweries can now afford to brew beer using their own spring water unique in its properties and mineral composition. Our well is less than kilometer from the source of the Okhta River in a picturesque place called Agalatovo near St. Petersburg, Russia.
This water is perfect for drinking but it tastes even better when it meets the best Belgian malt and German hops.
Our ideology is not mass production but small local breweries that offer distinctive beers you can’t get anywhere else. So not only do we use unique water, we also develop proprietary strains of yeast cultures and grow our own hops.
Couple that with an experimental take on classic recipes and you’ll getexciting versions of complex beers, such as kölsch and icebock as well as casual brews of everyday barley and wheat ales.
We brew with great love for beer, microbiology and mechanics. We brew because we love to create, to discover and to share. We brew because beer is liquid art.
